What was your most interesting job before going into real estate?

I was a communications manager at Fidelity Investments.

Nahant, MA

Growing up, what did you want to be?

A news anchor.

What do you do to relax when you’re stressed?

Yoga and riding my Peloton bike.

If you could meet any well-known figure (living or not), who would it be and why?

I would enjoy having a conversation with John F. Kennedy. I want to learn more about his vision for America.

What is Boston’s best-kept secret?

The north shore. There is very little tourism, but so many amazing places to visit and explore.

What do you love most about the industry?

Real estate offers something new and different and exciting every single day. No two transactions are exactly the same.

How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents?

I offer an unparalleled A+ customer service experience for my clients. I want everybody to walk away and think that they were the most important person in the room.

What is the most difficult aspect of your job?

The most difficult part of my job is making everybody happy. The seller wants to win. The buyer wants to win. My job is to mediate and make sure everybody feels like they won!

What’s your best advice for generating new leads?

Make sure everybody feels like they were important and they will turn around and tell the next person that they had a great experience. Personal referrals are the best way to generate new leads.

What has been your greatest accomplishment?

My ability to balance work and professional life!

What are you binge-watching/reading/listening to lately?

I am currently watching “Yellowstone” on Peacock.

What’s your favorite meal in Boston?

Who doesn’t love chicken parmesan from La Familia in the North End. And then we finish off at Mike’s pastry with some cannolis.

Architecturally speaking, what is your favorite building in Boston?

My favorite building in Boston is Rowes Wharf. The beautiful archway leading out onto the Seaport is just gorgeous. In the summertime, we used to walk over there for lunch.

What’s the weirdest thing that’s ever happened to you on the job?

The weirdest thing that’s ever happened to me on the job is that a client threatened to kill me by telling me he thought I was a deer. I was selling his mother’s house for a nursing home force of sale.

What’s one thing people are surprised to learn about you?

The one thing that people are surprised to learn about me is that I survived a tornado when I was 18.

What is your favorite vacation spot and why?

My favorite vacation spot is Aruba. It’s always 86 degrees. They have the most beautiful beaches in the world.

Pay attention and listen to your clients..

Who are your favorite people to follow on social media?

My favorite people to follow on social media are other realtors because I can get good ideas from them.
