Where did you grow up?
I grew up in Beirut, Lebanon, in a small town called Jiser El Bacha.
What do you do to relax when you’re stressed?
I pet my dogs or take a hot shower.
If you could meet any well-known figure (living or not), who would it be and why?

What is Boston’s best-kept secret?
You can go from city streets to total nature in, like, 20 minutes.
How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents?
I think what makes me different is that I really stay involved. I come from a strong customer service and management background, so I naturally focus on communication, trust and making sure people never feel lost in the process.
What’s your best advice for generating new leads?
I think it’s all about consistency and relationships. Stay active in the community, use social media, do open houses and ask for referrals. Lots of leads come from people you’ve already met and made the effort to stay in touch with.
What has been your greatest accomplishment?
I believe one of my greatest accomplishments is having the courage to start my life over not once, but twice. First I moved from Lebanon to Dubai, and then from Dubai to the United States. Each time meant rebuilding from zero, adapting to a completely new environment and finding my place again, which is never easy.
Today, I feel incredibly grateful for how far I’ve come. I’ve built a career in medico-aesthetic management, succeeded in real estate and started a sweet treats business. I think my journey taught me resilience, adaptability and the importance of the support system around you. I wouldn’t be where I am today without both.
What’s your favorite meal in Boston?
I love seafood, so a crab roll would be my answer.
Architecturally speaking, what is your favorite building in Boston?
I really love the Boston Public Library. The architecture and atmosphere are incredible, and it feels timeless and peaceful in the middle of the city.
What’s the weirdest thing that’s ever happened to you on the job?
The weirdest thing that ever happened to me on the job was during a showing. I arrived a few minutes early, unlocked the door and immediately heard people talking upstairs. I called out to ask if anyone was there, but there was no response. I went upstairs, and there was an old black-and-white movie playing on the TV and a rocking chair moving by itself. I ran downstairs so fast. For a minute, I was convinced that house was haunted.
What’s one thing people are surprised to learn about you?
People are usually surprised to learn that I never learned how to swim or ride a bike growing up. My family was going through very challenging times, and life was centered around survival rather than typical childhood activities. It’s something that shaped my perspective and made me grounded and resilient as I got older
What is your favorite vacation spot and why?
My favorite vacation spot is Dubai, because I lived there for 13 years. It’s a place that really feels like home to me. I love it because it has a mix of luxury, culture and energy, and it brings back a lot of memories for me. Every time I go back, it feels familiar but still exciting.
