The Sarkis Team at Douglas Elliman sold out all 34 residences at The Beacon in Newton. Alpine Property Group completed the condo community in 2025. It features one-, two- and three-bedroom condos and amenities including a rooftop terrace, fitness center, patio and dog park.

The sellout totaled $42,000,000, breaking the price-per-square-foot record for the Newton condominium market, according to a press release.

Co-founders George Sarkis and Manny Sarkis lead the Sarkis Team and achieved the sellout alongside team member Roy Bahnam.
