What was your most interesting job before going into real estate? I worked for a Drag Queen in Provincetown and I loved him and every minute of it!

Where did you grow up? Plovdiv, Bulgaria (Eastern Europe)

Growing up, what did you want to be? A combination of a princess and a veterinarian. Preferably at the same time 😀

What do you do to relax when you’re stressed? I like to clean. It makes me feel like I am regaining control again.

If you could meet any well-known figure (living or not), who would it be and why? Tony Robbins. I am a big fan of his work and I wouldn’t mind a session with him.

What is Boston’s best-kept secret? That people are actually nice.

What do you love most about the industry? The fact that you need to keep learning to grow.

How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents? Well, I love the business, I always end up with the best clients, I do my homework and I put my clients’ best interests first.

What is the most difficult aspect of your job? Honestly, once you close on a home and you don’t get to see your clients that often anymore.

What’s your best advice for generating new leads? Stop thinking of them as leads and start thinking of them as people.

What has been your greatest accomplishment? Homeownership is still a privilege for many, and I sleep very well at night knowing I help people achieve what some thought was impossible in an organized and educated way.

What are you binge-watching/reading/listening to lately? I am rewatching “Sex and the City” and reading “Positive Intelligence” by Shirzad Chamine.

What’s your favorite meal in Boston? I love a good steak and there are many good places to get it!

Architecturally speaking, what is your favorite building in Boston? Trinity Church

What’s the weirdest thing that’s ever happened to you on the job? My clients and I walked into a home for sale that was illegally turned into a halfway house with 20-plus people living in there and it was the most haunting experience, we couldn’t get out of there fast enough.

What’s one thing people are surprised to learn about you? That I am not really a morning person.

What is your favorite vacation spot and why? 1) Peru – downright the best place I have ever been to! The nature, culture, food and the people were simply amazing. 2) Oahu, Hawaii – Nature is out of this world and there is just so much to do. 3) Provincetown, MA – My happy place

In 10 words or less, what is your advice for someone new to the industry? Work hard, learn everything you can and have a part-time job at the beginning.
