What was your most interesting job before going into real estate? I was a senior account manager at Altria.
 
Where did you grow up? Carlisle Massachusetts
 
Growing up, what did you want to be? In real estate. I grew up in a family of real estate professionals. My mom is Sue Hawkes, managing director of TCC, my dad owned a commercial real estate company called, Wight & Company, Inc.
 
What do you do to relax when you’re stressed? I work out.
 
If you could meet any well-known figure (living or not), who would be and why? John F. Kennedy. He was an amazing leader.
 
What is Boston’s best-kept secret? Carlisle, Massachusetts
 
What do you love most about the industry? Everyday is different.
 
How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents? Consistent follow up.
 
What is the most difficult aspect of your job? Leading people.
 
What’s your best advice for generating new leads? Spend time following up with people. Constantly stay in front of your clients.
