Jenny Sepulveda has been chosen to lead Guaranteed Rate’s combined business development, training and coaching division. Formerly an executive director at the company, Sepulveda is now an executive vice president, and her promotion makes her the first Latina to join the Guaranteed Rate leadership team.

The development, training and coaching division aims to help every loan office maximize their potential and grow their business through training that’s entirely in-house. The vision was originally put forth by Guaranteed Rate CEO Victor Ciardelli, and Sepulveda is committed to the program.

“I’m a firm believer that there’s always room for improvement,” she said in a press release. “From prospect funneling, lead generation and accountability to proven management strategies, we provide our loan officers with the tools and technology to make them the best versions of themselves. The results so far have been astounding.”

In addition to her 20-plus years of mortgage industry experience, Sepulveda is working toward an Executive Master of Business Administration from the Quinlan School of Business at Loyola University. She is also a certified yoga teacher and serves on the board of Special Olympics Illinois.

“My main goal is to use a positive approach to life,” Sepulveda says. “I hope to inspire everyone I meet to adopt that same mindset, and I want to help each person grow their personal wellness alongside their professional careers.”
