What was your most interesting job before going into real estate? I worked in the hospitality industry for over 20 years prior to making the move into real estate
 
Where did you grow up? Bromont, Quebec, Canada
 
Growing up, what did you want to be? A semitruck driver
 
What do you do to relax when you’re stressed? Play tennis or golf and hang out with my puppy, Gus
 
If you could meet any well-known figure (living or not), who would it be and why? Princess Diana because I always admired her thoughtfulness and beauty inside and out.
 
What is Boston’s best-kept secret? Me! Also, the sausage guy that stands outside of Fenway.
 
What do you love most about the industry? Connecting with all the different personalities I encounter and building trust and new relationships with them.
 
 
How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents? I truly feel like I offer a unique and unparalleled white-glove service to my clients. My years in hospitality have engrained an intensely high service standard within me.
 
What is the most difficult aspect of your job? Not getting too emotionally involved with my clients and keeping them on track.
 
What’s your best advice for generating new leads? I don’t want to give away all my secrets but if you give top service, the referrals will come in on their own.
 
What has been your greatest accomplishment? Taking the leap of faith and changing careers after 25 years and then establishing myself so quickly.

What’s your favorite meal in Boston? Chicken marsala from Bricco.
 
Architecturally speaking, what is your favorite building in Boston? The Boston Public Library.
 
What’s the weirdest thing that’s ever happened to you on the job? I had to dog sit for a potential buyer who showed up to an open house with their dog in the pouring rain.
 
What’s one thing people are surprised to learn about you? I’m Canadian and hold a dual citizenship. 
 
What is your favorite vacation spot and why? Newport Rhode island because it’s such a cute and classic place.
 
In 10 words or less, what is your advice for someone new to the industry? Don’t give up, nothing comes easy but it’s worth it.
