With 28 years of residential sales experience in the Cambridge area, Karen Sexton joined Compass in 2017. She is the sales manager for both the Cambridge office and the newly opened Weston office.

Since opening in Massachusetts in 2015, Compass has grown to five offices and 259 top producing agents. Nationally, Compass has opened 70+ offices with over 3,300 agents. Compass has publicly shared its goal to achieve 20 percent market share in the top 20 U.S. cities by the year 2020.
