What was your first job in the realty industry? Agent for a local real estate firm

Where did you grow up? Boston

Growing up, what did you want to be? I always envisioned myself being a lawyer or manager of a corporation.

What do you do to relax when you’re stressed? I enjoy working out as a stress reliever. I also enjoying relaxing with my beautiful wife and children.

If you could have lunch with a well-known figure (living or not), who would it be and why? I would love to pick the brain of Warren Buffett and gain some insights from him on investing.

Where is your favorite place to hang out? With a wife and two children, the hangout spot of choice is home. We have a great time enjoying one another.

What do you love most about the industry? Helping people find their home and guiding them through the realty process is my favorite aspect of the industry. A good guide alleviates the worry and stress of the process.

How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents? Meticulous detail to service is what separates TMW from others. We aim to give you a great experience — from your first day with us to closing to the small token you receive at the end — TMW positions itself as the masters of real estate service.

What is the most difficult aspect of your job? Mentoring new agents and ensuring that the expectations of excellence are carried by each agent. We are always seeking to raise our standards of excellence and provide higher levels of service.

Where do you go to network and meet new clients? We have a large social presence as is so our business has increased by positive word of mouth. We also host homebuying education classes.

What has been your greatest accomplishment? My son and daughter are my greatest gifts and most treasured accomplishment. Wealth and growth in business is great but a stable and happy home mean so much more.

What was the last good movie you saw or book you read? I recently had the good fortune of watching the movie Arrival and thought it was great!

What is your favorite restaurant? I really enjoy Ruth’s Chris steakhouse or Ocean Prime.

Architecturally speaking, what is your favorite building in Boston? 200 Clarendon — formerly known as John Hancock — is a great design. It’s a staple of Boston.

What kind of car do you drive? The ultimate driving machine — BMW 5 series.

Smartphone or paper? Smartphone: Apple. The ability to stream to my Apple Watch computer and iPad make it a must.

What is your favorite city after Boston? I love the sun, so it would have to be down South.

In 10 words or less, what is your advice for someone new to the industry? Make sure you master the art of marketing. It pays!
