What was your first job in the realty industry? Leasing agent at an Allston rental agency

Where did you grow up? I grew up in San Diego, CA.

Growing up, what did you want to be? I wanted to be a corporate lawyer at a large firm in Los Angeles.

What do you do to relax when you’re stressed? I go to the beach and the gym.

If you could have lunch with a well-known figure (living or not), who would it be and why? JFK. He was a great leader and visionary, who would have surely made a larger impact on our country had he not passed.

Where is your favorite place to hang out? I would have to say Harpoon Brewery.

What do you love most about the industry? I love that every day is different, one day you can be doing rentals and the next be doing a multimillion dollar sale.

How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents? I use all technology available and I don’t stop until my clients are happy. I do everything in my power to get my clients the best results.

What is the most difficult aspect of your job? When it gets slow.

Where do you go to network and meet new clients? I go to many networking events, but I also find it easy to meet clients just while sitting at a bar or restaurant.

What has been your greatest accomplishment? I would say my greatest accomplishment is my first sale. There was a broker who was listing it for more then half a year, and then I came in and had it under agreement in 36 days.

What was the last good movie you saw or book you read? Last good movie I saw was Kingsmen: The Seceret Service. And the last book I read was It’s Your Move by Josh Altman.

What is your favorite restaurant? My favorite restaurant is Douzo Sushi.

Architecturally speaking, what is your favorite building in Boston? My personal favorite is 451 Marlborough St.

What kind of car do you drive? Audi A4

Smartphone or paper? Smartphone

What is your favorite city after Boston? Los Angeles. I would be able to go surfing every day, but I would be stuck in more traffic than here.

In 10 words or less, what is your advice for someone new to the industry? Always dress and act professional, but be personable.

What’s your favorite real estate iPhone/Android app? Homesnap- its up to date and has a very easy interface to use.
