Middlesex County features some of the top school districts in the country, but which of those districts have the most in-demand housing markets?
A new analysis from realtor.com provides a unique answer to that question. Comparing the median price of the homes in Middlesex’s school districts to the overall median price of the county – which is $556,000 – realtor.com then ranked the districts based on the premium that homebuyers spend for properties within the district’s boundaries.
