What was your first job in the realty industry? Prudential Unlimited Realty, Brookline, Coolidge Corner, 2003.

Where did you grow up? Brooklyn, N.Y. Moved to Boston in 1976.

Growing up, what did you want to be? A great person.

What do you do to relax when you’re stressed? Go to the beach.

If you could have lunch with a well-known figure (living or not), who would it be and why? John Lennon. One of the greatest musicians in the greatest band of all time.

Where is your favorite place to hang out? One of my favorite places is the Sheep Meadow in Central Park.

What do you love most about the industry? Home is where the heart is. I help people find that place.

How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents? My job isn’t over after the sale closes. I form life-long relationships with my clients.

What is the most difficult aspect of your job? The challenges for any home sale vary from transaction to transaction.

Where do you go to network and meet new clients? I stay in touch with my former clients and let people in my life know that I’m available to help people reach their real estate goals. Referrals are at the heart of my business.

What has been your greatest accomplishment? My family and community of friends.

What was the last good movie you saw or book you read? Mad Max: Fury Road.

What is your favorite restaurant? Life Alive, Central Square. Very healthy!

Architecturally speaking, what is your favorite building in Boston? ICA | The Institute of Contemporary Art.

What is your favorite city after Boston? Cambridge.
