What was your first job in the realty industry? Papagno Real Estate.

Where did you grow up? Brockton, Mass.

Growing up, what did you want to be? I wanted to be a CPA.

What do you do to relax when you’re stressed? Going out for a nice dinner with friends or meditating.

If you could have lunch with a well-known figure (living or not), who would it be and why? Gandhi, for his selflessness, spirituality and humility. He comes from contribution.

Where is your favorite place to hang out? Boston in the Spring and Fall

What do you love most about the industry? I love the freedom to live my life and the opportunity to make a difference in other people’s lives and the same time.

How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents? My servant’s heart. I truly care about the people around me.

What is the most difficult aspect of your job? Incompetence and the lack of consideration from people.

Where do you go to network and meet new clients? Seminars for Realtors. The general public for new clients.

What has been your greatest accomplishment? Overcoming major surgery on both knees. I had to endure 6 months in braces.

What was the last good movie you saw or book you read? “The Passion Test” by Janet Attwood.

What is your favorite restaurant? Bastille Kitchen.

Architecturally speaking, what is your favorite building in Boston? The churches in Copley Square.

What kind of car do you drive? Mercedes Benz E350.

Smartphone or paper? Prefer paper.

What is your favorite city after Boston? Miami.

In 10 words or less, what is your advice for someone new to the industry? Be fully committed, patient with the process and have faith.
