What was your first job in the realty industry? I am a new agent and my first job was last year with a small agency in Medford. I found that it was an unprofessional atmosphere, so I moved fairly quickly to ePlace in Central Square, a small boutique full-service office.
Where did you grow up? I grew up in Brooklyn and Long Island.
Growing up, what did you want to be? I always wanted to be a teacher and an artist. I was both of these things in my first incarnation (not literal incarnation!). Being a Realtor is my third professional life.
What do you do to relax when you’re stressed? I love to dance! I swing dance and 2 step, but I can salsa and have tried tango. In the old days I went out to clubs and danced.
If you could have lunch with a well-known figure (living or not), who would it be and why? I would say Martin Luther King. He was my hero growing up in the 60s, and is still one of my heroes today.
Where is your favorite place to hang out? I don’t have much time to hang out these days. Sometimes I’ll stop at West Side Lounge in Cambridge after work.
What do you love most about the industry? I love that our industry helps people in their quest to make a good life for themselves and their loved ones.
How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents? I have just started to specialize in finding artists living/working spaces.
What is the most difficult aspect of your job? Working all the time.
Where do you go to network and meet new clients? I do things I like, such as dancing, artists openings, etc.
What has been your greatest accomplishment? My two children.
What was the last good movie you saw or book you read? I saw The Grand Budapest Hotel, which was very fun and quirky.
What is your favorite restaurant? The one I can afford is West Side Lounge; the one I can’t afford is Aujourd’hui Restaurant.
Architecturally speaking, what is your favorite building in Boston? The Paramount Theatre – Art Deco is my favorite era.
What kind of car do you drive? Honda Accord.

What is your favorite city after Atlanta? New York.
