What was your first job in the realty industry? My first job in real estate was at McGeough Lamacchia Realty, Inc.
Where did you grow up? I grew up in Wakefield, Massachusetts.
Growing up, what did you want to be? As a child I wanted to be a kindergarten teacher, a fashion designer or a baker.
What do you do to relax when you’re stressed? When I am stressed I enjoy baking gluten-free cakes and pies.
If you could have lunch with a well-known figure (living or not), who would it be and why? I would love to have lunch with Ina Garten, also known as the Barefoot Contessa. She is known for her cooking and entertaining, both of which I enjoy doing!
Where is your favorite place to hang out? My favorite place to hang out is Cape Cod. Growing up I spent my summers on at our family property on the Cape and it is now where my family gathers for fun and relaxation.
What do you love most about the industry? I love helping individuals, couples, and families find the home of their dreams.
How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents? I am always patient with my clients, ensuring they are 100% satisfied with their real estate transaction. Many agents take for granted that clients only conduct a few home closing transactions in a lifetime and need the patience and guidance of a realtor to make the process smooth and enjoyable.
What is the most difficult aspect of your job? It is very important that all clients feel they are my top priority. Staying scheduled and organized is something I am always trying to stay on top of.
Where do you go to network and meet new clients? Everywhere. I am constantly talking to everyone I meet about the housing market. Whether I am at the nail salon or out to dinner with family and friends.
What was the last good movie you saw or book you read? The last good movie I saw was Gone Girl, which was crazy!
What is your favorite restaurant? My favorite restaurant in Boston is the Oak Long Bar & Kitchen.
Architecturally speaking, what is your favorite building in Boston? I enjoy contemporary buildings, my favorite in Boston is the Institute of Contemporary Art.
What kind of car do you drive? Range Rover Sport.
Smartphone or paper? Mostly iPhone, but sometimes paper.
What is your favorite city after Atlanta? Miami, because of the warm weather and amazing restaurants.
