Licensed in Massachusetts and New Hampshire, Kara Ross has been serving Andover, Massachusetts, and its surrounding towns for 12 years. Communication and adaptability are skills Ross exercises daily in her work, and she points to them as key to her success. “Every client is unique,” she says, “and I like to take the time to get to know them so I can make sure they are getting exactly the service they expect and need. My goal is to make the whole experience a positive one, and being able to read a client and tailor my skills to their needs is invaluable.”

Ross finds that her genuine love and appreciation for people and the real estate business makes her approachable. She enjoys building relationships where she draws on her market knowledge to help clients reach their goals. “Customer service and making sure the outcome is successful are the most important aspects of my job,” she explains.

Though she’s a solo agent, Ross’s support team ensures she’s never alone and can focus on her clients. The team includes a print and digital marketing creator, stager and photographer, along with all of the vast resources of Coldwell Banker, including administrative support and market insight. “Most of my clients are surprised by how large my business actually is, because I strive to make them feel like they are my only client,” she says.

In her free time, Ross places golf, fitness and travel high on her to-do list.
