Steven Strojny, the team’s transaction coordinator, worked as an attorney and mortgage broker before he joined Sotheby’s International Realty. He owned and operated Strojny Real Estate for 15 years and has brokered hundreds of real estate transactions.

Dave Iseman, a former on-air radio personality, is focused full time on helping people who want to invest in or sell real estate on Cape Cod. Holding multiple industry designations, he has his finger on the pulse of Cape Cod real estate. The team counts on his sharp sense of trends, market stats and town regulations. Jodi Freedman, meanwhile, is a retired speech language pathologist who previously had bought and sold her home with the Annie Hart Cool Team. Upon retiring from the school system, she joined the team she knew and trusted. She listens to her clients and is committed to going the extra mile to help them achieve their real estate goals.
