The Boston native raised her family in Winchester, a town with a strong community, energetic vibe and quality schools, along with the convenience of being close to the city. “Being integrated in the community, we have our finger on the pulse of the market,” Covino remarks. “We have many off-market properties and know about many ‘coming soon’ listings before they hit the market.”

In 2021, Covino’s daughter, Jessica Silipo, joined the team, bringing her urban expertise from Boston to assist buyers in all areas. Her passion for decorating and remodeling adds another element of expertise, and clients benefit from her eye for architecture and design. Together, Covino and Silipo work seamlessly alongside their team every day. “We love what we do, and it shows,” Covino says.

Covino’s team of full-time professionals is skilled in processing, staging and marketing, with additional buyer’s agents servicing various suburban areas statewide. She also maintains a team of contractors to help clients with construction projects of any size. Covino understands that moving can be stressful, so their full-service team is available to handle everything from start to finish, including estate sales or liquidation of contents.

After three decades in the business, Covino most enjoys sharing her knowledge and experience with clients and other agents. “I am always happy to give advice and guidance,” she says. In addition to her successes in real estate, she and her husband have owned and operated Winchester’s Black Horse Tavern for 14 years.
