Robyn Nasuti & Sean Terrell, Luxury Home Marketing Specialists

Suburban Lifestyle Real Estate

As Upton residents for the last 30 years, Robyn Nasuti and Sean Terrell have raised their families and built their business in the area. Before real estate, Nasuti worked in sales and marketing communications, while Terrell worked as a licensed contractor and small-business owner. Driven by a mutual passion for flexibility and a genuine desire to assist others in finding their ideal homes, the two eventually found themselves entrenched in real estate.

With more than three decades combined in the industry and a deep understanding of the local market, they serve a vast array of residential clientele in Boston’s western suburbs. The duo’s synergy gives them a competitive edge, as every client gets both a master marketer and a former contractor and trained home inspector on their side — an award-winning combination of leveraged strengths. “We have a ton of fun while getting the job done!” declares Nasuti. The majority of the team’s clients come by way of referral, with clients typically so impressed by their work that some have wished they could leave a 10-star review.

Nasuti and Terrell’s client-centered, educational posture is a winning strategy. They have been recognized as Five Star Professionals for the past 10 years, achieved Emerald Level Production with a local Realtor association for the past three years, and made it into their firm’s Platinum Executive Club. Engaged professionals, they are also members of multiple Realtor organizations, as well as the Blackstone Valley Chamber of Commerce.

This year, the team launched the video series “Truck Talk with Robyn & Sean,” wherein they conduct interviews with local businesses to spotlight them and discuss different real estate topics. “In an era where connections often transcend geographical boundaries, Truck Talk brings attention back to the heart of local commerce and small businesses,” the team shares. In his spare time, Terrell plays in a men’s hockey league, while Nasuti enjoys playing pickleball with friends and manages a local nonprofit.
