Josh Lioce, Broker-Owner

Lioce Properties Group

After running an independent brokerage for 18 years, Josh Lioce led his team to join a national brokerage in 2018. Last year, the Milford native returned to his independent roots and relaunched the Lioce Properties Group. “We truly realized that we are a boutique brokerage catering to our clients with a high level of service and a micro-local sense of community,” Lioce says.

Lioce’s roots lie not only in his small, independent brokerage, but also in the Milford community. In 2019, Lioce, along with a close group of friends, launched the Greater Milford Social Club (GMSC), a hybrid social and philanthropic organization. Since its inception, the group has grown to over 125 members and has raised over $100,000 dollars for local charities. Lioce is also a current member and past president of the Milford Rotary Club, as well as a member of the John Warren Lodge of Masons.  He is also an elected official in the Town of Milford, acting as a current member and chairman of the Board of Assessors.

The Tom Ferry Organization has recognized Lioce five times as one of America’s Best Real Estate Agents. He believes his ability to connect with others on a personal level has been a key to his success. “I have genuine interest and care for their situation,” he shares.

Experiencing the ups and downs of the market throughout his 23-year career has enabled Lioce to help his clients understand whatever challenges they may be facing and advise them how to navigate toward successful outcomes. He also gives credit to his team of agents and support staff, which includes a transaction manager and a marketing coordinator. “Having multiple people assist a client in their area of specialty allows for the client to receive the highest level of service possible,” he explains.
