From Southie to Southborough, Mian LaVallee’s expertise spans diverse Boston neighborhoods. Catering to a wide array of clientele, she specializes in managing simultaneous buying and selling experiences and guiding relocations. As senior partner at Keller Williams’ Wilson Group, LaVallee has over 16 years of experience and a background in advertising sales. Starting her real estate career in new homes, LaVallee learned how to sell “from the ground up,” which eventually led her to become a top seller in the Boston real estate market. “I realized that sitting in a gorgeous model home, wearing great heels and making more money depending on how much people liked me sounded a lot more exciting than selling advertising,” she recalls with a laugh.

Today clients call LaVallee “Magic Mian,” a testament to her ability to negotiate difficult deals. Her team has been named No. 1 in her firm for more than 12 years. Bilingual in English and Spanish, she’s a member of several national Realtor associations, relying on them to continue to hone her skills.

Juggling a demanding career with the responsibilities of parenthood, LaVallee navigates the complexities of her three kids’ school schedules and a robust workload — a testament to her resilience, tenacity and organization. Committed to giving back to her community, she and her team are actively involved with alexsteam.org, a philanthropic organization dedicated to fighting childhood cancer.
