Although Sarah Fillmann is the No. 1 listing agent in Charlestown, she still takes the time to guide clients through the many steps of buying or selling a home. It’s a point of pride for this real estate veteran of nine years who has helped clients buy and sell condos, single-family homes, land and even houseboats. “From where to begin the home-buying process to how to prepare a home to maximize exposure and attract multiple buyers, I am with my clients every step of the way,” Fillmann says.

Paying attention to detail and keeping clients informed are the hallmarks of her business style. She is a firm believer that there’s no such thing as too much communication. “It’s important to listen to your clients and make sure that every need or concern is addressed,” she remarks.

Also high on Fillmann’s list is maintaining a strong professional network that includes mortgage lenders, lawyers, contractors and more so she can connect her clients with professionals in every field to meet any need that arises. “Buying or selling a house in Boston is very exciting and sometimes extremely fast,” she notes. Her goal is to make the process easy and seamless.

The former medical sales professional made the jump to real estate in 2015 and quickly knew she had found her calling. In 2023, Fillmann earned International President’s Premier status, which is awarded to the top 1% of Coldwell Banker agents worldwide. She finished the year as Coldwell Banker’s No. 1 agent in Charlestown, No. 3 agent in Boston (out of 4,000 agents) and No. 124 nationally (out of 100,000 agents).

A true dog lover, Fillmann can often be found hiking with her two rescue dogs or enjoying the sea air at her second home in Cape Cod. In Charlestown, she supports the community food pantry and dog rescues such as East Coast Canine.
