Munir moved to the U.S. when he was a year old, attending primary school in Quincy and Westwood before going to college at Tufts University and earning his MBA at Boston University. After purchasing his first property in 2013, he quickly realized the benefits of homeownership and began expanding his investment portfolio. In 2020, he decided to get his license to support his passion for real estate and became a full-time agent soon afterwards.
Robles joined Munir’s team as director of operations in 2021, having previously worked as support staff for a brokerage in Palm Beach, Fla. Together, the team can work swiftly and efficiently to help clients find their dream homes.
“At no step do our clients feel like they are on their own or that something is not being handled,” the pair say. “The Torii process is as seamless as it gets, and our clients see that from beginning to end.”
Munir had a very successful year in 2021, with 29 deals and over $20 million in volume. With Robles’ support, he finished 2022 with 37 transactions and nearly $30 million in volume.
Munir says there are four things that set Robles and himself apart from other teams: white glove, top-notch service; partnerships along the transaction journey; technology, both client-facing and on the back end; and the fact that the team shares a portion of their commission with their buyer clients.
Munir and Robles plan to grow their team in 2023.
