Brenda Demers, Realtor

Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty

Serving towns in Middlesex, Worcester and Norfolk is Brenda Demers, a lifelong New Englander who’s been enamored with real estate since her teenage years. This hardworking agent bought her first home at 19, vowing with her husband that she’d never pay for someone else’s mortgage. In their years as real estate investors, Demers and her husband have owned five homes and built three from the ground up. She earned her license in 2016 and now shares her knowledge of the industry with clients every day.

While real estate has always been Demers’ passion, she also has an affinity for photography and previously owned her own photography business. “It’s been instrumental in real estate,” she shares. “It allows me to see my clients’ homes in a different light.” Using her expert eye, Demers is able to strategically stage and advise clients on techniques to prepare their homes for sale. “It brings the viewers from scrolling online into the home.”

Demers is known for treating all clients like family, as well as learning every detail about the properties she represents. “I make every client feel special,” she says. “I sell each home as if it were my own.” Demers says “the biggest challenge is aligning clients expectations with reality, with patience and compassion, we work together to achieve their goals.”

Demers and her husband moved to Upton with their two daughters over 22 years ago and raised them in the town. Demers now has two grandsons and her daughters own their own homes on the South Shore and in Texas. When she’s not at work, Demers can be found pitching in the Upton Women’s Softball League or at the Women’s Bowling League.
