Team leader Toni Gilardi has been a stronghold of the Boston real estate community for 38 years. Born and raised in the North End, she’s always thought of the city as her home and is deeply rooted in this tightknit community.

The Gilardi Group’s vice president, Lauren Newton Primiano, grew up in a family of high-end luxury builders on Cape Cod. During college, she fell in love with Boston and the surrounding suburbs.

All members of The Gilardi Group have unique connections to the construction industry — Skylar Caligaris grew up in a family of real estate developers, and Michael Salvati worked in the construction field prior to earning his license. Together, the four teammates have a great sales and marketing approach.

In 2022, Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty served more than 2,900 clients to achieve a sales volume of over $3.6 billion. The Gilardi Group contributed to this success, and their rental team is one of the top at Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty, ranking among the nation’s best by 2022 RealTrends.

The Gilardi Group puts priority on giving back. One of their philanthropic efforts is hosting an annual Toys for Tots gala. Toni Gilardi also fundraises for the Peace Garden and has received multiple city and state accreditations for her team’s continued support of their community.
