Last year, Faucher closed 33 transactions and produced just over $18 million in sales volume being awarded No. 1 in her office in sales volume as well as top five for the year in her office. A member of the Lamacchia Realty President’s Club for six consecutive years, an Emerald Level Top Producer four years in a row and a repeated top producer in the company, Faucher maintained momentum in her career going into the new decade. She’s a member of her local Realtor association, as well as the current co-chair of its Member Engagement Committee for the second year in a row.
When not busy in the field, she spends time at the gym and with her family. She is proud of her son attaining the role of assistant golf professional at Pinehurst Resort in North Carolina, and is celebrating 30 years of marriage this year with her husband.
