Randy Horn at Compass works entirely by referral with a core value of building long-lasting relationships where “clients become friends and friends become clients.” Over his 14-year career, he has been featured in industry publications, from Boston Agent magazine’s Who’s Who list for five years to the cover of Realtor Magazine’s esteemed, nationwide “30 Under 30” edition.
Better known as “Real Estate Randy,” Horn has perfected his step-by-step formula to help homebuyers. “Many have only had the experience browsing online and lament how overwhelming it seems,” Horn shares. “Once they see my tailored approach, they recognize the benefits of working with a seasoned Realtor to make the process straightforward.”
Horn understands the commitment he makes when he agrees to help each client. During his brother’s wedding, he stepped away to submit a time-sensitive offer before returning to deliver the best man’s speech. “The offer was accepted on their dream home, and my speech was a homerun” he recalls.
Throughout the pandemic, Horn stayed in stride with all his clients to continue supporting them. “I pivoted to online meetings, I advised sellers of the best sale strategy and for past clients made sure they had the best interest rates on their mortgages,” he shares. “Most just appreciated me reaching out to see how they were doing during such uncertain times.” While the past year was his most productive yet, “It has certainly been the most challenging helping my clients adapt to drastically changing times.”
Horn supports the charities his clients are passionate about by making a donation on their behalf after each transaction. After losing his beloved nephew Max in 2019, he has also committed a portion of each sale to the Max McMormick Memorial Foundation, which was created in his nephew’s honor.
