Entering the real estate industry as a student at Northeastern University, Kelly found his place at Keller Williams immediately after graduation. Almost a decade later, he ranks among the top 10% in his office, having earned a spot on the 2019, 2020 and 2021 Associate Leadership committees. Previously he had reported the highest monthly closed individual volume and was named No. 4 in New England for monthly gross commission income. Last year his team did approximately $10 million in sales volume and $230,000 in leasing volume. “I’m lucky enough to have primarily referral-based business at this point,” says Kelly. “We’re always open to new opportunities, and the relationships we create with people continue long after the closing of their first property.”
The J.T. Kelly team consists of a director of operations and six real estate agents. J.T. is an Accredited Buyer’s Representative, a Military Relocation Professional and a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Greater Boston Real Estate Board and the Northeastern University alumni community.
