Norman & Amanda O’Grady

Prime Realty Group

Norman O’Grady, Broker & Owner

Amanda O’Grady, Realtor & Sales and Leasing Consultant

For Norman O’Grady and daughter Amanda, running Prime Realty Group is a family affair. With 36 years of combined experience, Norman, broker and owner, and Amanda, sales and leasing consultant, serve everyone from first-time homebuyers to the luxury high-rise market. Based in Boston, the O’Gradys work throughout Massachusetts with a 95% referral-based clientele.

Bringing levity to the sales process, Norman and Amanda treat clients like family. Even during the pandemic, they’ve brought their A-game to the table. “When many of the Realtors were in hibernation, we were continuing to maintain and grow our business,” they explain, adding that they turned to posting videos and market updates on social media and hosted weekly Q&A sessions for clients.

Having immigrated from Ireland to Brighton, Norman became an integral part of his community, forging connections through his 14 years as a Little League coach while raising a family and establishing himself in the industry. He holds the CRS and GRI designations. He also is president of the Brighton Board of Trade, is a former real estate instructor for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and was awarded the Greater Boston Real Estate Board’s Realtor Spirit Award and the Brighton Board of Trade’s President’s Award.

Amanda, much like her father, has built strong ties to her community with her daughter, who’s planning to become a third-generation Realtor. She is a member of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board, the Massachusetts Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors and Business Networking International. When she’s not working, you can find her planning their next charitable event.

The duo supports Toys for Tots, USPS Operation Santa, BUILD and the Greater Boston Food Bank, among other local agencies. They also provide Thanksgiving dinners to local families in need and offer scholarships to high school graduates in the community.
