With over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry, Irene Bremis stays the course no matter how tough times get. As the president and CEO of iBremis Realty Inc., powered by LAER Realty Partners, Bremis, a Belmont native and longtime Somerville resident, serves both experienced and first-time home buyers and sellers, as well as investors and developers, throughout Massachusetts and New Hampshire. 

“Real estate is in my blood,” says Bremis, who’s worked in the industry since she was 13, when she joined her father at the family business. “Being from a real estate family provided me with opportunities that seemed too great to pass up.” She notes that she now mentors her own agents in hopes of passing on the same skills that have enabled her success.

Known for her resiliency and focus, Bremis is consistently ranked among the top agents by market share in Somerville. In 2018 and 2019, Bremis received LAER Realty Partners’ Diamond Club award, marking her place among the highest-ranking agents in the company. “When you do the right thing, even in difficult times, you will receive the rewards for the fruits of your labor,” she says.

Bremis is a Senior Real Estate Specialist, Relocation Certified Coordinator, Accredited Buyer’s Representative and Seller Representative Specialist. She recently earned her Green Designation and previously obtained the Loss Mitigation Certification.

Taking an active role in her community, Bremis is a member of the local Rotary Club and Lions Club and helped found the Dreams for Youth Foundation. Along with her team, she donates to the Greg Hill Foundation, which responds to the immediate needs of families touched by tragedy, and the Somerville Museum.
