Powered by her sky’s-the-limit work ethic and generous spirit, Joselin Malkhasian is only satisfied once her clients have found their perfect home. As a Realtor with Lamacchia Realty Inc., Malkhasian specializes in the residential market, helping individuals and families sell or purchase their primary home. “The buy and sell process is intimidating for many clients,” says Malkhasian. “That is where I am able to step in and act as a guide.”

A former employee of a Boston-based corporate travel agency, Malkhasian earned her real estate license seven years ago in order to switch careers and make a difference. Since then, she’s skyrocketed to the top of her office, not only making the President’s Club every year since 2017 but also doing so in record time, earning entry less than six months into 2019. Still, she never sacrifices quality of service for speed. “I try to make each and every one of my clients feel like they have my undivided attention,” she says. “The best feeling in the world is when I have clients refer me to their friends and family and tell them that they have to work with me. Those are the best emails.”

This year, Malkhasian was appointed chairperson of the Greater Boston Association of Realtors’ Young Professionals Network Committee. “I really enjoy being able to hold a position that supports other real estate professionals and encourages them to grow their businesses,” she says. Malkhasian is a Certified Relocation Professional and an active participant in Lamacchia’s weekly trainings.

Every year, Malkhasian volunteers with Boston Children’s Hospital to honor the memory of a friend who passed away from leukemia.
In 2020, Malkhasian and her family will appear on an episode of “Family Feud.”
