Procopio Companies and property manager Bria held a ribbon cutting ceremony for their latest development, The Beck. The multifamily Haverhill project features 290 units on the Merrimack River.

The move-in-ready units include in-unit laundry and walk-in closets. Studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments are available.

The Beck offers proximity to the Bradford MBTA commuter rail station, several public parks and the Merrimack Riverwalk.

“The Beck represents a major milestone for both our team and the City of Haverhill,” Bria’s managing director Bryan Walsh said in a press release. “We’re excited to officially open doors and welcome residents into this dynamic, transit-oriented community that highlights the best of riverfront living.”
