As partners of The Sarkis Team, a top team at Douglas Elliman, George Sarkis Jr. and Manny Sarkis lead by example, using insights from their own investment experience to guide their clients through the process. “We saved up our money in our early 20s and purchased a 500-square-foot condo in the North End,” they say. “We’ve been investing in real estate ever since.”
The Sarkis Team utilizes the connections they have made throughout their tenure in the nightlife, events and hospitality industry to drive sales. That strategy has earned them high-end clients like investors, international buyers and professional athletes, including players for the Red Sox, Patriots, Bruins and Celtics. “We are the co-founders of Boston Brothers Promotions LLC and have been hosting events in Boston for over 10 years,” they explain. “The relationships we’ve built throughout the years have been a major steppingstone toward our real estate success.”
In the midst of their best year yet, The Sarkis Team is on track to make five times their 2018 year-end total, thanks in part to their expansion from three to seven agents. They are consistently rated among the top two Douglas Elliman teams and have been recognized for their dedication to educating their clients.
George and Manny are members of the Douglas Elliman Sports & Entertainment division and Knight Frank Residential group. They are Celtics season ticket holders and volunteer at Our Lady of the Cedars of Lebanon Catholic Church, their family’s church.
