Rosella Campion, Branch Manager at loanDepot, acts as a mentor and guide to her clients, leveraging her natural caretaker personality and background in education to help customers buy their new home. With more than two decades of experience, Campion assists both new and repeat customers, ensuring that the borrower and the recommended program are a good match. “Each client is unique, so I make sure I do my homework before I tell people they can do a loan,” she says. “When my clients buy their new home, I want them to feel confident that they can afford it.”

Known for her hands-on approach, Campion works with her clients to help them understand their credit and learn how to budget in order to improve their chances of loan approval. “Sometimes it takes three years to get people to where they need to be to buy,” she says. “It is amazing to see families who thought they could never buy be able to get into a home.”

Campion ranks among the Top 200 Mortgage Originators by Mortgage Executive Magazine and has been named to loanDepot’s Chairman’s Elite, as well as recognized by Scotsman Guide. “I am diligent and I work hard,” she says of her strategy for success. “I pick up the phone. I deal with the hardest problems first.”

Campion is a member of Greater Boston Real Estate Board and other industry groups in the city. She volunteers with Labouré Center in South Boston to provide family services and is most motivated by her own family.
