Specializing in new construction and development projects throughout Boston proper as well as Somerville and Cambridge, Hediger and Marsden channel their combined 36 years of experience to consult and guide developers throughout the building process.
This year, after six years of working with a boutique brokerage and a larger franchise, Hediger and Marsden took their team SellBoston to the next level, launching SellBoston the brokerage. “We saw an opportunity to create a highly specialized agency with a concentration in three- to 10-unit new construction buildings,” they say. “Over the last three years, including what we have projected for 2019, we have introduced and marketed 28 buildings, adding more than 100 residences to Boston and surrounding areas.”
Prized for their creativity and 360-degree service, Hediger and Marsden are often referred to as a “lifeline” throughout the buying and selling process. “Our relationships with the vendors, stagers, lenders, attorneys, home inspectors, handymen and painters are crucial and vital to the success of a sale,” they say, adding that through sustaining these relationships after a sale, they differentiate themselves from their competition and result in clients returning years later.
