Allyson Kreycik goes to work each day motivated to help people with one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives. As senior vice president of mortgage lending at Guaranteed Rate, Kreycik focuses on new construction and conversion condominiums and single-family home development, and works with both residential builders and developers as well as homebuyers. “I have significant experience in secondary market guidelines and getting new developments approved by Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and FHA,” she says, adding that when working with buyers, she offers financing packages designed for new construction homes. “I provide a streamlined process so their loan approval is secured efficiently before the buildout of the new home begins.”

With 16 years of industry experience, Kreycik is well versed in the guidelines for presales, condominium phasing and variance requirements, and is known for delivering the highest quality service. “I do not view my approach with a loan as transactional,” she says. “I want it to be more relational — I look more at the big picture so I can put my clients in the right product from the beginning.”

Kreycik has ranked among Scotsman’s Guide Top 1% of Loan Officers since 2012 and has previously earned membership into the President’s Club from 2012-2014 and the Chairman’s Club from 2015-2017.

Outside of work, she is an active volunteer with her church, as well as with a winter shelter network, her children’s school and the Guaranteed Rate Foundation board.

Kreycik is devoted to being the best wife and mom she can be to her husband and three young children. She is inspired by her Christian faith and lives her life in a way that brings honor to God. “I am thankful for a career where I am able to serve others by helping them in the financial services industry,” she says.
