In 2009, after six years of leading marketing efforts for 50 of the top brokerages in the country through his startup Home-Link, Dean earned his real estate license. “I never thought I would start a career in real estate. However, once I dipped my toe into the pool, I dove right in,” he says, adding that his expertise in marketing is fundamental to driving traffic and qualified buyers to his properties.

This year, Dean earned a personal invite to the Elite Retreat from the CEO of Engel & Völkers Americas, making him just one of 50 global real estate advisors in attendance. He is a Diamond Level Producer and has previously been named a Best of Somerville Real Estate Consultant. “My clients appreciate my direct approach and love the attention to detail I provide,” he says.

A Certified Negotiation Expert, Dean always acts with his clients’ best interests in mind and constantly works toward a positive outcome, regardless of how long it takes. He is also a Certified Condo Expert and a member of the Greater Boston Association of Realtors.

Since beginning his career in real estate, Dean has always given back to the communities he serves. He has actively supported Our Place, a day care run by the Salvation Army, as well as Boston Children’s Hospital, the Special Olympics, Toys for Tots, the Greater Boston Food Bank and Community Servings. He loves to fly-fish and is a consummate foodie.
