Anne Borghesani brings over two decades of mortgage industry experience to every transaction, catering to every client’s individual needs and circumstances in order to match them with the best product. “My expertise is in structuring a loan and in having the ability to problem solve the multitude of issues that present themselves daily,” says Borghesani, branch manager and loan officer at First Home Mortgage Corporation.

Working with first-time homebuyers, second home buyers, and investment buyers for condos, single family and multi-family homes, Borghesani is licensed in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Maine, and is passionate about serving more inexperienced buyers who require additional guidance as well as veterans.

Beginning her career more than 25 years ago as an educator for first-time homebuyers at a non-profit public agency, Borghesani has adapted and evolved with the industry, learning new guidelines, compliance and technology along the way in order to best serve her clients.

For many years, she’s ranked among the top 1 percent of mortgage originators by Mortgage Executive magazine, and is a member of the President’s Club at First Home Mortgage. Still, positive client feedback is the biggest honor of all. “I believe the greatest of accolades is the bulletin board wall in my office that holds all the thank you notes and numerous appreciative comments from the people I help every day,” she says. “That is what makes it all worthwhile.”
