A Boston area native, Jay Jentz attended George Washington University before moving back and settling in Bay Village. He started his professional career in financial services as a licensed investment advisor at the beginning of the recession. “I always had a passion for real estate, both from a financial standpoint and as an investment strategy,” Jentz explains. “I am drawn to the tangible qualities and experiences people feel through certain aesthetic designs.”
A Realtor with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Warren Residential, Jentz represents residential and commercial clients throughout Boston and surrounding suburbs reaching as far south as Cape Cod. In the industry for over 10 years, he brings his strong business background and professionalism to every client interaction while still keeping the experience as enjoyable and stress free as possible. “I establish immediate trust with my clients, keeping their best interests in mind as my priority,” he points out. “I am confident in my ability to find solutions and achieve my clients’ needs with positive results.”
Jentz earned recognition as a top producer and leader during his years at Keller Williams Realty and KW Commercial – Chestnut Hill. Jentz achieved KW’s capping agent status annually from 2015 to 2019 in addition to being elected by his fellow colleagues and agents to represent them on the ALC Leadership Council, where he served as an advocate to promote agents’ best interest throughout the company. His extensive knowledge in both commercial and residential markets and his sound advice have fostered long-term and repeat clients as well as referrals. “I am very thankful for the many wonderful people and clients I have had the opportunity to work with over the years.”
The proud owner of a blue French bulldog, Jentz is a diehard Boston sports fan, an avid golfer and a history enthusiast who loves to travel.
