Nicole Vermillion, Real Estate Agent

Lamacchia Realty

West Roxbury native Nicole Vermillion holds undergraduate and graduate degrees from Boston University and knows the metropolitan area inside and out — from its illustrious downtown to its idyllic suburbs. After graduating from college, she worked as a project manager for a construction company and operated a part-time tutoring business. “The process of buying my first home truly sparked something in me and catapulted me into real estate to help first-time homebuyers like me,” she shares.

Calling upon the transferable skills she honed in the construction industry, Vermillion serves residential clientele in the South Shore area, Boston proper and MetroWest Massachusetts. She has a specialty for helping those who are buying and selling simultaneously, bringing a breadth of personal experience as both a homeowner and investor herself. “I think my ability to relate to my clients and come from a genuine desire to do what is best for people is what drives my success,” notes Vermillion. Her work is set apart by smooth management of every step in the process, and she further differentiates herself with continued client service after each transaction.

Underscoring her warm demeanor and commitment to helping others, Vermillion won South Shore Realtors’ Spirit Award this year. Her community and philanthropic roots run deep; she currently serves on  the South Shore Realtor Association’s scholarship selection committee, as well as on the charitable committees of both the South Shore and Massachusetts Realtor associations. Nicole was also awarded the Meghan A. Martin Award with Lamacchia Realty, an award given to one real estate agent at Lamacchia each year for showing compassion, working to better the community and committing to help others. In addition to her awards, a trusted insider, she has been featured in news interviews for her business savvy.

Despite her profound passion for real estate, Vermillion considers being a mom her life’s passion. She has three children ages four to nine and is proud to have enjoyed a wonderful vacation in Aruba with her family this past year. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, especially historical fiction, and honoring clients and community with appreciation events.
