With prior work in hospitality and management, Sveta Vakhitova entered real estate just after graduating Northeastern University and has served investors, sellers and buyers in Greater Boston for the past decade. Though she grew up abroad, she’s an 18-year Boston resident with expert knowledge of the area. Describing herself as a natural connector, she finds real estate is the perfect merger of her relationship-building skills and entrepreneurial spirit.
“It’s been such a rewarding experience to be able to help so many people to find their dream homes,” says Vakhitova. Client satisfaction is key to her business, which is largely referral-based and includes many repeat clients. Applauded for thorough preparation, transparency and overall expertise, she is best known for her hands-on approach. She tailors her business posture to the needs of each client.
Securing offers for off-market properties has been a significant part of Vakhitova’s success over the past year. “With the insane shortage of homes we’ve experienced in the past two years and a huge demand, it was important to think outside the box. Thanks to well-established connections with other brokers, I was able to find great homes for my clients,” she reflects. Her adaptability amidst shifting market conditions has been essential to producing positive results for clients.
Vakhitova is a regular volunteer with organizations that help underserved children and adults, and in her free time she enjoys traveling and exploring new places. She often walks around Boston while listening to engaging audiobooks and podcasts.
She earned The President’s Circle award from BHHS in 2022, which recognizes the top 6% of the agents in the Berkshire Hathaway network. She also serves on the leadership team of the International Association of Women’s local chapter. “It’s a great way to grow personally and professionally with the support of other, like-minded women,” she shares.
