With 11 years in the industry, Jennifer Holland is a skilled professional operating in Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Connecticut. Raised in Oxford, she earned an undergraduate degree in marketing and worked in negotiation-heavy sales and as a former fitness studio owner before changing careers. “These two formative experiences showed me how to provide a high level of customer service and gave me the assets I needed for a successful real estate career,” she shares.
“When working with me, you will notice that my hustle, communication and a team approach are always on my mind,” says Holland. While her expertise is local, Holland’s industry knowledge is broad.
Owning two homes in the area and having family throughout, she has an intimate connection with the region and all it has to offer. Holland entered the real estate field following her own challenging experience. Rising out of that situation through dynamism and grit, she made it her mission to serve her real estate clients with ultimate focus and advocacy, and now runs a wholly referral-based business.
Holland’s vast network has helped her raise more than $21,000 for a local shelter and establish a leadership role with Habitat for Humanity. Even with such significant contributions to her community, she simultaneously cultivated one of her best financial years ever, last year. A member of her national and local Realtor associations, she has earned Top Producer awards with her firm each year since 2013. Social media is also a strong point for Holland, with her 2022 Instagram listings being ranked among the top viewed on the platform.
Lauded for her attentiveness, positivity and unique execution, Holland is a National Association of Sports Management member and proud mom to two boys. She has served on her local town zoning board and participates in various community fundraising events. She also participates in the Charitable Trust through her current firm, is a Habitat for Humanity Women Rebuild Team Leader, and advocates for the safety of real estate agents in today’s tumultuous landscape. She looks forward to continuing to expand her real estate knowledge, along with enhancing her fitness journey with a certification in nutrition and personal training.
