The Sarkis Team at Douglas Elliman hired luxury specialist Adam Pettitt, marking the team’s official expansion into New Hampshire.

“I’m incredibly proud to join The Sarkis Team and represent such a respected and accomplished brand in New Hampshire,” said Pettitt in a press release. “George and Manny [Sarkis] have built one of the strongest teams in the region, and their reputation for service, strategy and results speaks for itself.”

Pettitt will add LOOKOUT Lake Winnipesaukee to Sarkis’ growing new development portfolio. Only five of 48 luxury units at the new Lakes Region community remain, and the project could generate over $40 million in sales, according to a press release.
