Boston Agent’s Top 10 Who’s Who Profiles of 2022

Boston Agent’s annual Who’s Who in Residential Real Estate issue is our most popular of the year with 2022 marking our sixth year highlighting the agents, brokers, lenders, developers, association executives and affiliates who dedicate themselves to the local real estate industry. Check out which profiles had the most views this year in our look at the top 10 most-viewed profiles.

No. 1: Domenica Giordano

Approaching the two-decade mark in her career, Domenica Giordano has come to realize that experience is the finest teacher. An agent with Century 21 North East, Giordano has navigated up and down markets, recessions, booms and everything in between. 

No. 2: Ashley K. Bernon

Having recently joined Touchstone Closing & Escrow to spearhead client relations and business development for the regional law firm. A well-known figure within Boston’s philanthropic and real estate communities,  Ashley Bernon is She’s uniquely positioned to bring her passion for real estate, coupled with her industry knowledge and expansive network, to the growing firm.

No. 3: Jen Pintos

Jen Pintos is a caring and knowledgeable mortgage lender determined to help her clients achieve their dreams of home ownership. Pintos explains everything up front and makes sure every client is well-educated on the process to have the utmost confidence and clarity throughout. For Pintos, a happy client is a happy loan officer. 

No. 4: Shant Banosian

A huge accomplishment for Shant Banosian in 2021 was becoming licensed in all 50 states. A long process, he is confident it was worth it, as he is now able to help clients anywhere in the U.S. “I wanted to stay connected to clients no matter where life took them,” he admits. “Now, no matter where our clients go, I’m proud to say we can help them.”

No. 5: Mary Harper

An industry veteran of 38 years, Mary Harper, a senior loan officer at Guaranteed Rate Affinity, has found success in building strong real estate relationships, offering exceptional customer service and having a comprehensive understanding of home financing.

No. 6: Amy Bisson

It was five years ago that Amy Bisson made a decision to take a big financial risk and shift careers to real estate. With a background in insurance, she wanted to advance in her career and build deeper client relationships. Taking this leap forced her out of her comfort zone and catapulted her into a successful career in the industry.

No. 7: Casey Craig

No. 9: Matthew Attaya

The year 2021 was another banner year for Matt Attaya, senior loan officer at Guild Mortgage in Boston. It should be noted that out of the $146 million in his total closed volume, he closed almost $109 million (74%) in purchase volume. This concentration in purchase transactions is very important to Attaya. “I always look to help existing clients if they need to refinance to a lower rate, shorter term or cash out proceeds,” he says, “but it is not my main focus.” He wants to help new buyers in today’s competitive market, in which inventory is at all-time lows.

No. 10: Josh Lioce

For Josh Lioce, chief executive officer of the Livian – Massachusetts Group at Keller Williams Premier Properties in Milford, his 20-year journey in real estate began at the age of 21, when he received his sales license. At 23, he obtained his broker’s license and started his own independent brokerage. Raised in and now still working in Milford, Lioce immediately became involved in area civic organizations and clubs, eventually running for local offices, like a seat on the Board of Assessors. In other words, Lioce has deep hometown pride and devotion.
