Domenica Giordano, Agent

Century 21 North East

Approaching the two-decade mark in her career, Domenica Giordano has come to realize that experience is the finest teacher.

Giordano, an agent with Century 21 North East, has navigated up and down markets, recessions, booms and everything in between. “I do my absolute best to make the process enjoyable,” she says. “Yes, it can be stressful, but it can also be fun and exciting. I absolutely will not stop until my clients are 100% satisfied.”

Giordano’s business is based almost entirely on referrals. She represents buyers, sellers and investors north of Boston proper. Prior to real estate, she worked in the catheterization lab at Boston Children’s Hospital, but the hours weren’t conducive to raising a family. Once she got started in real estate, she never looked back. “I really enjoy helping people realize their dreams of homeownership,” Giordano says. She even has her own staging business and provides clients with its services at no cost.

An independent agent, she is a recent three-time recipient of Century 21’s Centurion award, the company’s highest honor based on production.

Giordano’s medical training informs her everyday decisions at work. “It taught me to think quickly and be decisive,” she says. “It also helped me develop a ‘problem-solving mindset.’ I’ve yet to encounter an issue in real estate that can’t be solved with time or ingenuity.” She also learned how to communicate with people during intensely stressful situations and let them know she is on their side.

As a rule, Giordano never brings transactional issues to clients without solutions. Even if it costs her a sale, she lets buyers and sellers know when it’s wise to walk away. “I care deeply about my clients and their experiences,” she insists.

A Masters fighter with USA Boxing, Giordano ranked nationally in 2019. She also trains pro and amateur fighters and supports Haymakers for Hope, a charity that raises money for cancer research.
