Touchstone Closing named a top place to work in 2022

by Liz Hughes

Touchstone Closing has been named a top place to work by the Boston Globe in its 15th annual  Top Places to Work issue.

The real estate law firm specializing in real estate closings and serving clients throughout New England ranked 14th on the list in the “small’ category (employers with 50 to 99 employees).

Managing partner John O’Donohue said his team couldn’t be happier to receive the recognition.

“As we reflect on the past year, we are grateful for the effort and dedication each employee brought day in and day out,” he said. “Each person plays an important role, and we are very proud of the team we have in place today.”

The Globe’s Top Places to Work list measures employee “opinions about their company’s direction, execution, connection, management, work, pay and benefits, and engagement.”

“The pandemic has changed the way we work, and the employers who topped the list understand it goes far beyond the remote versus in-office debate,” said Katie Johnston, the Globe’s Top Places to Work editor. “Workers want flexibility, of course, but they also want more support, more humanity and a greater sense of purpose.”
