David DiGregorio has been honored by Coldwell Banker Real Estate as the company’s top donor to St. Jude’s Research Hospital at the annual Generation Blue Experience in Atlanta. DiGregorio is a real estate agent with Coldwell Banker Realty’s Waltham office.  

“Being part of Coldwell Banker and contributing to St. Jude has been one of the most deeply rewarding experiences of my career. Witnessing the positive impact of our donations on the lives of these children reinforces the importance of our partnership,” said DiGregorio.

Coldwell Banker also announced it’s continuing its CB Supports St. Jude partnership into next year. So far this year, Coldwell Banker has donated $569,712 to St. Jude and has donated $1.6 million since establishing its partnership in 2020. 

Besides being named a top donor, this year was DiGregorio’s first year in the program. 

The CB Supports St. Jude initiative “empowers Coldwell Banker affiliated agents to contribute a portion of every home sale or purchase to the hospital, ensuring that no family has to bear the weight of treatment, travel, housing or food expenses as they fight to bring their children back home.” 

A Waltham native and current resident, DiGregorio has been in real estate for more than 26 years, currently leading the Dave DiGregorio Team of agents. A longstanding member of the Coldwell Banker® Society of Excellence, he’s also been honored by The Wall Street Journal as a top agent nationally and by Boston Magazine as one of the top real estate agents in Massachusetts. Besides St. Jude’s, he also supports Fisher House, which provides military families free lodging when family members are being treated at Boston hospitals.
