by Liz Hughes

Several Massachusetts agents and teams were honored as top producers by the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance.

Donna Davids, of Coldwell Banker Realty in South Easton was honored as a top producer and seller.

Davids broke the top 50 list of individuals by sides with 35.6 transaction sides, ranking 50th. Davids also ranked No. 53 in individual sales volume with $19,445.000 in sales.

The Rotary Homes team at Keller Williams Realty Boston South West, based in Westwood, also made the list. The team, led by Bill Paulson, ranked 66th in team volume with $31,856,500 in sales.

In team volume, the Touchstone Partners Team with Coldwell Banker Realty in Westford, led by Rhonda Stone, ranked No. 81 with $25,690,411 in sales volume.

Erin Morrison, president of the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance, said the list not only honors the production of its members but also showcases the standing the alliance has in the real estate industry.

“It is incredible that our top members, if they formed their own real estate firm, would rank as one of the top 30 brokerages in the nation,” Morrison said. “Those on the list are honored on our LGBTQplusHomes.com, which has become one of the most useful resources for LGBTQ+ consumers and allows buyers and sellers to easily connect with LGBTQ+ and ally real estate professionals.

“It is hard enough to navigate the emotional and financial journey toward homeownership, yet too often the LGBTQ+ community has additional concerns about discrimination and safety. Those on the Top Producers list, and our other members, understand and are best suited to provide community members with the comfort, security and professionalism they deserve.”

The alliance’s third annual LGBTQ+ Real Estate Top Producers list recognizes 388 individual agents and teams for their production in 2022. The list grew from 251 honorees last year. It’s the industry’s only list recognizing LGBTQ+ top producer members.
