The Agency is opening a new office on Cape Cod, marking the company’s 67th global partner in its network of offices across the U.S., Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean and Europe, the company announced. 

The office will be located in Osterville and led by managing partner and broker Eric Rollo, who launched The Agency Boston last year. The office will serve Cape Cod, Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket. 

The Beverly Hills-based luxury real estate brokerage opened its first Boston franchise location at 435 Columbus Ave. in Boston’s Back Bay in the fall of 2021. 

“We’re thrilled to once again partner with Eric Rollo for the launch of our newest franchise on Cape Cod as we continue to expand our brand’s presence on the East Coast, ” said Mauricio Umansky, CEO and founder of The Agency, in a press release. “Having previously partnered with Eric in Boston, we know he will continue to be a wonderful steward of our unique Agency culture as our footprint expands out onto Cape Cod and the surrounding area.”

The Agency continues to expand its global presence, having opened 20 independently owned offices this year.

Throughout his 15-year real estate career, Rollo sold more than $165 million in real estate and was named Realtor Magazine’s “30 Under 30” in 2015. Before joining The Agency, last year, he was the founder, principal and senior vice president of sales at the Eric Rollo Real Estate Team, part of William Raveis Real Estate. Rollo began his real estate career specializing in investment properties, working with investment clients, rental clients and condominium owners. 

The Agency Cape Cod will be located at 877 Main St. in Osterville.
