What was your most interesting job before going into real estate? CEO of the largest film and music company in San Francisco.

Where did you grow up? New York City

Growing up, what did you want to be? I never really thought about it.

What do you do to relax when you’re stressed? Meditate and go for long hikes.

If you could meet any well-known figure (living or not), who would it be and why? Jeff Bezos because I would like to sell him a home in the Boston area.

What is Boston’s best-kept secret? The honesty and kindness of the folks who live here.

What do you love most about the industry? The ability to see extraordinary homes and work with extraordinary people.

How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents? I moved to Boston from California in 2017. I am able to really relate to many different types of people and negotiate for a win-win.

What is the most difficult aspect of your job? I can’t stop thinking about it.

What’s your best advice for generating new leads? Find a non-profit organization you connect with and volunteer. You will meet potential clients and you will be doing great work.

What has been your greatest accomplishment? I sold the first house over $100 million. I am a co-author of two best-selling books. I finished my MIT master’s certification on building healthy communities.

What are you binge-watching/reading/listening to lately? Mostly audiobooks and meditations by Joe Despenza.

What’s your favorite meal in Boston? Fish and chips.

Architecturally speaking, what is your favorite building in Boston? The Boston Public Library.

What’s the weirdest thing that’s ever happened to you on the job? Nothing weird has ever happened to me but that could be I have a high tolerance for weirdness.

What’s one thing people are surprised to learn about you? I’m an engineer by profession. I was the CEO of the biggest film and music company in San Francisco. I love Opera.

What is your favorite vacation spot and why? I don’t have a favorite vacation spot but I love to travel.
